explains what each:
blue packet mode: go to the bank (La Caixa), income 15 € on the account of the Association and send you into a book mailed to your home, the postman will deliver in hand.
repayment mode, you send the book to your house and when the postman delivers it will have to pay him the 19 €.
Why should the difference in price, which one is worth another € 15 and € 19? Post A expenses in the first case (blue package) Post charge € 5 for each book in the second case (for reimbursement) charges 9 €. The association sells the book to 10 €, the difference is the cost for mailing.
