Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Association of Benin Plaza

On July 17, 2007 met the Board of the Association of Benin Plaza, comprising the President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer.
The meeting focused on the following points:

1. finalize details of the celebration on August 17, a ceremony and recognition in the newly opened Benin Plaza in the town of Puebla de Vicar, in the attended by the Hon. Mayor of this locality.
2. Preparation of the appointment of honorary members to be held on August 15.
3. Information on the development of aid applied to the various administrations.
4. State edition of the "Moros y Cristianos relations of Benin" by the Institute of
Almerienses
5. Proposals for the 2nd photo exhibition to be held in coming autumn festivals.
6. Preparation of publicity materials for the association.
7. Regulations for the payment of membership fees.
8. agreement to hold an Extraordinary General Assembly call Association for August 16.
